We introduce to your attention our latest development in our range of Stack presses with servo-drives and sleeve system. This machine has been designed to print on tubular film for heavy duty sacks, woven sacks, pet food sacks. The machine can achieve a mechanical speed up to 300 m/minute and has a print repeat of 1300 mm. (51”). All the printing units are remote controlled and include a fast system for sleeve change. The printing section itself can be also installed in-line with existing extrusion lines to print 4+4 or 6+2 colours. The machine includes a new automatic winder for jumbo rolls up to 1500 mm. (59”) in diameter with an innovative splicing system that can handle also webs up to 400 my. The Bielloflex Sack will be manufactured in widths between 820 (32,2”) to 1200 mm (47,2”) and the printing units can also be supplied in 2300 mm width (90,5”) for in line operation. The models available are 8, 6 and 4 colour version, all based on a servo-driven technology that allows a quick register set up and, eventually, an automatic register control.Read more...

Repeat 900 mm (35”) And includes the following items: Auto splice at unwinding and rewinding Pneumatic push-out system for easy extraction of sleeves Inter-colour drying boxes with 3 high velocity air jets 2 blowers + 2 exhausters for inter-colour drying and overhead tunnel Variable speed control of all blowers State of the art servo-drives Bosch Indramat technology High precision tension control through servomotors and load cells Operator friendly work station with touch screen including: Infinite recipe storage Memorization and recall of all machine parameters Ramp for splicing Printing pressure position Tension control Air speed of drying blowers the patented FSC Sleeve change system with fast set up of printing desks that minimizes the scrap when setting a new job and shorten downtimes when recalling a stored recipe The deck design is such that the operator can very easily change the sleeves without cantilevering the shafts holders. This feature gives maximum rigidity to the decks Eltromat video screen with “Regi-Touch” fast register positioning when setting up a new job Wash up system with double pump or single pump can be supplied as an optional item The overall frame thickness is 120 mm (4,72”) but on the sleeve shaft holders, on both aniloxs and plate, has been extended to 180 mm (7”) The Telia FSC program includes models for 6 - 8 - 10 colours configuration ! We have implemented our “TELIA” gearless range by introducing new models with different features to match our customer needs. Whereas the Telia patented FSC system remains unchanged, the models now available differ regarding: The printing speed: models are now available starting from 350 up to 600 meters/minute The print repeat: models are now available with print repeat of 700 (28”), 800 (32”), 900 (35”) and 1100 mm (43”) The Telia Gearless are manufactured in 6, 8 and 10 colour versions. We name all these models TELIA to underline that the features, the sturdiness, the ergonomics and the operating easiness of the printing groups remain unchanged. We have available in our Show Room for immediate delivery a TELIA 8 colour version with useful printing width 1300 mm – 51,2” (web width 1400 mm – 55,1”) and print repeat 900 mm (35,4”). During the Drupa Show in Dusseldorf we were running demos twice a day printing 2 different jobs on polypropylene film. Both jobs were quite impressive because the machine was printing a mirror printed job with 2 “whites”. The demos were always done at a speed of 450 m/minute. During the demos 9 sleeves of a different repeat were changed, giving evidence that the machine was able to guarantee a change of 9 colours in 8-9 minutes with the scraps limited to 9-10 meters. . What was amazing was the printing pressures control when starting a new job that was done in few seconds. The Telia 10 colour includes a new efficient software meant for the quick change-over of jobs for short runs and for the perfect control of the printing positions. All these improvements have been already introduced on all our 6 and 8 colour Telia models.
