We have developed a new version within our series of “Telia Gearless” presses designed specifically for very frequent job change. This machine is based on our “FSC” patented system, demonstrated worldwide at numerous international Shows. Its mechanical speed is up to 350 m/min (1150ft/min). The press is also available in width of 650-850 mm (26 to 34”) for label printing.   !    This new TELIA will be soon available for live demonstrations and after the Open House will be offered on special terms!   The press is an 8 colour machine 1300 mm wide (51”) and with max. web width of 1400 mm (55”), equipped with automatic winder, 4 blower drying tunnel and a workstation with storage and automatic repetition of all the set up job parameters. NEW SLITTING MACHINE WITH WORKING WIDTH 2000 MM We inform you that the B87 series of slitting machines has been extended to include a new very interesting model with useful working width of 2 meters !! The machine has a production speed of over 300 m/min. (1000 fpm) and all functions are programmable by means of a Siemens computer with a colors touch screen.
The computer stores all machine job parameters and tensions and provides alarms for eventual faults and operator errors.
The machine is equipped with shaftless unwinder for reel diameter up to 1200 mm.
The slit reels have a diameter of 600 mm 24.
Small slit widths of 50 mm can be achieved.
The reels change is extremely quick through.
The slit reels are automatically ejected by an electric pushing system.
The machine is additionally equipped with an hydraulic rotating device for an easy unloading of the slit reels. !! This machine is particularly interesting for all operations that initially produce wide mother reels (CPP, hard PVC, OPP, soft PVC, PET, PA, etc.) !!
