!!  We inform you that the B87 series of slitting machines has been extended to include a new very interesting model with useful working width of 2 meters (79”) !!

 The machine has a production speed of over 300 m/min. (1000 fpm) and all functions are programmable by means of a Siemens computer with a colors touch screen.

 The computer stores all machine job parameters and tensions and provides alarms for eventual faults and operator errors.

 The machine is equipped with shaftless unwinder for reel diameter up to 1200 mm (42,25”).

Ø    The slit reels have a diameter of 600 mm (24”);

Ø    Small slit widths of 50 mm (2”) can be achieved;

Ø    The reels change is extremely quick through a system of rewinding self-locking balls shafts;

Ø    The slit reels are automatically ejected by an electric pushing system;

Ø    The machine is additionally equipped with an hydraulic rotating device for an easy unloading of the slit reels  

!!  This machine is particularly interesting for all operations that initially produce wide mother reels (CPP, hard PVC, OPP, soft PVC, PET, PA, etc.) !!
