Slitting and rewinding machine with slit reels winding on shaft-less stations having independent motors and intermediate pressure rollers. Extremely performing on any type of material thanks to the feature of independent winding on each single reel
Especially indicated for paper-transformation industry, it can also be used with excellent results on laminated materials and on materials having uneven thickness.
Quick changes in measure are possible thanks to the automatic system for arm and blade positioning.
The shaft-less separate unwinder is provided with an automatic tension control through dancing roll, a CA motor and a vector regenerative inverter making it possible to notably reduce electrical consumption and to entirely eliminate braking system maintenance.
